Future Cops (1993)

A collection of wacky bits haphazardly stitched together like a Frankensteinian film of cartoon channel idents and variety show sketches, mixed with a chaotic Street Fighter rip-off. The middle starts to sag under the weight of its gags, but then the story kicks into gear and pulls it all together.
