Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe in Santa (2002)

A brilliantly shining embodiment of the idea that if art's made for kids it's allowed to be total dogshit. The animation is the opposite of amateur—it was made for money by people who seem to hate what they do and have no desire to better themselves—and the story and much of the voice-acting is, at best, inoffensively barren. The yin to the yang of something like Ninja Terminator.
