Two-line poems and stanzas are collectively called “couplets”. There are various sub-types, like the epigram and the Grunty.

For the Ditch, Flat with LeavesA punishment on humankind For worming holes through nature's rind.
I didn't actually step into a ditch covered with leaves, I just saw (a shallow) one with a low-slung barbed-wire fence on the other side. Anyway, the title is really important to the poem here and is basically an extra line at the start free from the rhyming convention.

A weird kinda rhyme between a stressed syllable first and an unstressed syllable second. It's kinda unpleasant/ungainly.
